Edge AI Box + IoT Gateway
A US-Indian technology company approached us to build a unified Edge AI + IoT Gateway capable of interfacing with industrial equipment, IP cameras, and environmental sensors. The system needed to process data locally, trigger intelligent outcomes, and operate reliably across diverse industrial environments in both India and the United States. Our responsibility included complete hardware design, software development, BSP engineering, application layer, certification, and deployment.

Wi-Fi Golf Shot Simulator
A compact Wi-Fi based golf shot simulator that uses a 4-microphone array and I2S-to-PDM conversion to detect swing impact acoustically. Built on ESP32-S3, the system performs ultra-low-latency processing and transmits calculated shot data to a master controller for real-time on-screen simulation.
- Business Scope: Low-cost, portable simulator with accurate acoustic impact detection using ESP32-S3, Wi-Fi 2.4GHz, touch inputs, and Li-ion battery.
- Our Work: Designed hardware, PCB, 4-mic system, DSP firmware, I2S-to-PDM pipeline, Wi-Fi communication, and complete electromechanical prototype.

Telematics-Based Smart Water Dispenser
A beverage services operator required a secure, card-operated drinking water dispenser that authenticates users via ATM-style RFID cards and dispenses a preset volume immediately after validation. The system also needed comprehensive water-quality and system telemetry (RO status, TDS, temperature), tank level monitoring, flow metering, and reliable LTE-based cloud connectivity - all with strict requirements on responsiveness and real-time behaviour.
Our Technical Contribution
- Low-latency Authentication & Dispense Pipeline: Engineered a sub-100ms end-to-end flow from RFID tap to valve actuation by optimizing the reader interrupt path, prioritising authentication stack, and using deterministic RTOS task scheduling.
- Real-time Sensor Fusion & Control: Concurrent processing of flow pulses, TDS readings, temperature, RO feedback and tank level using multi-threaded firmware with priority based ISR handling to guarantee precise volume dispensing.
- Accurate Volume Metering: Implemented calibrated flow metering with adaptive filtering and temperature compensation to maintain dispensing accuracy across environmental conditions.
- Robust Telematics & Security: Integrated LTE modem (Cat-1/Cat-4) for persistent cloud telemetry, secure MQTT/HTTPS transport, transaction logging, and remote OTA configuration and diagnostics.
- Edge Intelligence: On-device logic for anomaly detection (e.g., sudden TDS spike, flow blockage, low tank) to reduce false alarms and avoid unnecessary cloud round trips.
